Lorain County's Most Trusted Home Inspection Service

Preparing For YOUR Inspection

We work hard to make your inspection experience an enjoyable and educational time. The better you understand what is going on and what we find, the less stressful your purchase process will become. A Home Inspection is a snapshot in time which usually takes about three and a half hours for the average sized home. We are looking at the current condition of the home on the day of and at the time of the inspection. We are not able to tear off drywall or see through walls but our education, experience and testing equipment will assist us in informing you of the current condition of the home. We will make every effort to explain any visible defects and note them in the report. Our reports are typically 25 to 35 pages long with detailed information about the conditions of the home and photographs to let you see what we saw. Please feel free to check out our sample reports. PLEASE DO NOT become overwhelmed when you receive your report and always keep in mind that NO home is perfect and every home has conditions that we test and talk about during the inspection. Please read through the documentation below as this will help you prepare for your home inspection. It will only take you about 20 minutes or so to read through the information below BUT it will help YOU become more prepared for YOUR inspection.
